Black Community: 04.10. – 18.10.26

As Black people (Black Afro & Black Afro American Heritage) living in the diaspora, we often exist in between – between cultures, identities and places. Never fully here, never fully there. This journey to Ghana is your space. For connection, healing and self-discovery.

Come home… even if just for a moment.

Allies Welcome: 29.11. – 13.12.26

Let’s decolonize together, maybe that’s the only way to heal?! Learn, unlearn and keep growing  in Ghana, with Anti-Bias workshops, local encounters and community building.

Because change doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens together.

Why Kofaya?

We inspire people through our actions.

Whether it’s new knowledge, new reflection, a new perspective — or simply a new sustainable outfit that aligns with your values. 🖤

With our ever-growing community of people who want to make a positive difference in the world, we are building something together that is bigger than fashion and travel.

The Kofaya Community in Ghana 🇬🇭

Matilda, Emilia, Mary and the MLC Fashion Team are the heart of Kofaya in Ghana.

From carefully selected second-hand fabrics sourced at the Kantamanto Market, they handcraft beautiful inside-out jackets, two-pieces and made-to-measure pieces — with love, craftsmanship and a story that shift the world in a better direction.

Some of them learn upcycling through the Each-One-Teach-One principle — knowledge is passed on, skills grow, communities strengthen themselves. With the fair wage they receive, they can support themselves and their families.

Hi, I’m Priscilla.

As the founder, organiser and all-rounder at Kofaya, it is my heartfelt mission to take you along on this journey.

I am a social entrepreneur, Anti-Bias trainer and passionate bridge-builder between Ghana and Germany. I believe that fashion, education and community belong together — and that real change always begins with ourselves.

What drives me? The conviction that every person deserves to be seen, heard and treated fairly. This attitude runs through everything I do — through Kofaya, through my Anti-Bias workshops, and through the Decolonize Your Mindset Retreats in Ghana.

I see this as my energy work for the world.

Help us get to 4 African Festivals this Summer
