The fabric is warm greige linen-weight, printed with delicate climbing botanicals: small white blossoms on trailing stems with sage green leaves, scattered across the surface with just enough space between them to breathe. The print is not loud. It doesn’t try to be. Up close, every detail is perfectly drawn. From a distance, it reads as one warm, unified tone.

This was a curtain. Found at Kantamanto market in Accra — the world’s largest second-hand textile market — where it arrived from a European home and found its way to our tailors in Aburi, Ghana. They understood immediately that this fabric needed a silhouette that matched its character: generous, grounded, quietly confident.

Found at Kantamanto market in Accra, Ghana, where it was waiting to become something worn.
